We have an issue where a lot of phones we repair are coming back with touch is or charging problems (U2 chip) are faulty.
We have a lot of experience with the phones and can't figure out why they are coming back.

Is there potentially something we're doing to damage the touch is, or the u2 ic during repair, is that possible?
