Is there a reliable way to manage data on iPhone 6 via windows 7 computer other than iTunes. If so where can I have it and what should be done before use it? will it be able to works as same as the iTunes?

+1 on 3Utools is supper good, got a performance update there a couple days ago also, way more stable now too. also take a look at there 3u website, they have many other tools beside 3utools that might help.
