Most likely the Tristar IC was damaged its in the other side of baseband, and there is underfill on the top of it which concentrate the heat on this IC. I recommend to remove it and replace this IC. fell free to visit my channel and have alook. Mobile REP service. |

Member: 565321 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Check the baseband PMU, which is directly opposite of the Baseband CPU to insure that all of the outputs are working and not shorted. Excess heat on the baseband rework could cause this. |
