Help - The Iphone could not be restored due to unknown error 14

Have tried literally everything but getting a new computer. Had to do a full restore of my iPhone as the pin got me locked out. The usb is an official Apple cable.

Am using the latest version of itunes but every time i go to restore it stops half way through with an unknown error -14- referring to my usb. Been at this simple task all day and now my heads absolutely battered. Bar trying a different PC i've tried everything. Could someone possibly offer some kind advice?

Thanks

We need your iPhone model! iTunes error code can mean differently for different iPhone models. Any way, REWA LAB had a video about commonly seen iTunes error code, hope it can enlighten you.
