Exclamation Iphone 6s Hot spot Wont turn on

I was givin this iphone 6s to repair, the owner informed me she had dropped it from some height and resulted in a smashed display.

I changed the display with a new one but still no luck.

I disassembled it today to find a hot spot on this IC.

Can anyone recommend a fix or a parts supplier or someone who can perform this repair.

Thanks
Todd
