Unhappy iPhone 6+ 0.063 amps

So I had a customer bring me an iPhone 6+ that went through the washing machine. I ran the board through ultrasonic cleaner after removing shields and inspecting the board. After doing so I connected it to DC power supply and I find the phone to be drawing about 0.100 amps of current without being on. So I replaced Chestnut, Both backlight drivers, Tigris, Touch IC, and two FPC connectors (front and rear camera FPC) that showed bad corrosion. I also reflowed a lot of capacitors that looked crusty. So I hooked the phone back up to DC power supply and the phone shows that it is now drawing 0.001 amps. So I tried to boot it and the DC power supply jumps to 0.063 amps and stays there with no sign of boot. Is there enough information here for someone to point me in the right direction? Thanks
