IPhone 6 Activation Error
 
Hello everyone! Help please, such a problem was brought in for repair iPhone 6 can’t be activated, I removed the nand ordered the wi fi and bluetooth address but they were the same as on the phone I did the erase nand then I wrote it down put it on the firmware asked when I insert the SIM card in the phone he sees the network the Internet even starts to work on it, but activation also fails, what could be?

If wi-fi+bt+s/n good, on activation the phone should request icloud, it happens
that wi-fi address data changes from bt not only with last number.
