iphone 6s no 4g signal at home

I have an iphone 6s plus which up to a year ago had no problems and now it has no 4g signal when I'm at home. For testing I put the sim on another iphone 6s plus and it has a signal in the house when the 4g is activated. If I go out, however, under certain conditions, the mobile phone receives the 4g signal. Some idea?

I think it's a hardware problem, because I reset my phone and the phone is updated but the problem persist. Any idea about the hardware problem?
