depending on iOS version, but in general - yes it's possible.

1- jailbreak
2- mina usb patcher (PAID)
3- jailbreak again fully
4- backup activation
5- erase
6- jailbreak again
7- restore activation

all works, even full iCloud.

p.s. If phone was sim-free before, will be sim-free after,
if it was network locked, will be network locked again.

You have to patch and then JB again to fix error 20, that’s why you use Mina patcher… Little trick, you can get activation files and erase in diagnostic mode once patch is successful. This saves allot of messing about trying to get full JB just to grab activation files.
