iPhone 6s strange problem ee call failed all the time. Please help - GSM-Forum

Hi I have sold iPhone 6s to my customer a month ago now customer come back saying he can’t make calls and phone goes to network searching or no service all the time. First I thought it might be blocked so I’ve got checkmend report out and it shows all clear it’s not blocked.
Secondly I tried with different SIM card Voda and o2 sim and it works fine with them. no problem at all I can make calls but with 3 and EE network I can’t. it’s showing full network on top ee 4G but when I try to dial it call failed straight away and it goes to searching or no service again. I have tried few different 3 and EE sim all the same . Please help

If it works on voda and o2 should work on others if not on only ee or three then can be only barred by three or ee bill not paid check all antennas .
