Customer Upgraded HDD from 16GB to 64GB and the person who changed it didn't write Proper Details in New HDD Which are required to activate device in Apple new security update for activation.
it was working before apple patched the activation server.

What you Have to Do is to Rewrite 64Gb HDD with Proper Details.
It Will Start Working Again.

The phone is "Refurbished".

To solve the problem you need to Desolder the Nand and reprogram it with its original Wifi/BT Mac Address.

To get original Wifi/BT Mac Address you need to purchase it from any webstore.

Hope that helps.

See What i wrote in Bold & Red.
Difference Between Our Post is I wrote Proper Details And You Wrote Wifi & Bluetooth.

Btw Only Bluetooth and wifi MAC Address can't help you to activate the phone MD & RG are Also Required. That is Why i Mentioned Proper Details.
