iPhone 6 iCloud issue - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone!
Last saturday I receive an iPhonee 6 with sotware issues (stuck on apple logo), so I proceed to update it with latest firmware with iTunes, then the device turns on and all ok, but once phone turns off, the bug returns.
So, I proceed to update again, phone turns on again, owner puts his code and proceed to sign out from his iCloud account. Then, I proceed to restore it with iTunes, but when it finishes, device ask for another account that are not the account that the customer just signed out a few minutes before.
Someone can help?
