Apple Watch S3 diag to recovery - GSM-Forum

I have managed to unlock iCloud of s3 for 2 watches.
Today I tried to do with third when I change SN and data after I did exit reboot watch went to software error (red circle with ! sign in center).
I don't see the reason of this,watch was working fine before.
is there any fix or I need to wait for watch firmware to released.
I did search about it but just curious if someone had same issue and got fixed without flashing.

You need only reflash watch.
Wait signed firmware.

is there a way from where we can keep an eye about when we will be able to get signed firmware , I mean apply developer acc or any website ??
