Cant login to download the set up - GSM-Forum

Can you please advice, been using same id + pass for this almost 1 year, but then sudently it cant enter the server, and download the newest set up.

is there any problem with the server?

login to mfcbox.com and go to dashboard to check related activation

even login on the mfc.com i cant? thats why i asking sir

this is on the mfc dongle . ihave tried to do reset pasword, and still not work. can u please help me
