its log say , 0x8002 not in database , s2 diag bootchain not yet ready for all type of series 2 ?

V3.7 Fix

Required do complete installation through the installer v3.7 first, then download this new fix version extract to C:/mfc

So i am sure you have not install the software by using installer v3.7
