I am wanting to restore an apple watch series 3 42mm GPS and the two finware that I download tell me incompatible,

hello sir, you have a tutorial on how to flash my watch, I have it connected in dfu but it does not enable me any option and I do not get any clear tutorial on how to update with your software

to using mfc software, Required MFC Dongle or iMFC activation

I have the mfc dongle, I'm already trying like 5 times and the same error, always at the end I get this
