Red face Please help cant log in


3rd day cant login in program and cant even log in web site tried reset password many time and received mail with new password type it still getting (( Please enter your valid username and password to login into your account.))
Tried sending mail to support tell me may i changed pc and if that happend ishould wait 48 hours but ididnt change any thing pc or network
In program when trying login imfc get same mssg check user or password or dongle
What can i do support didnt help me and idont know why !!!!
I have done one phone on it and cant use it again !!!

Only the reason in the link above can cause you unable to login !


If u still can not login , try to wait 48hs then

Exclamation Support !!!!

iam realy sad for unhelpful support
iam facing problem last 5 days on login in app or web site always get check user and pass
ididnt change pc or network and disabled antivirus and firewall still cant login
Idid all things ana wrot here another thread and has been closed you can pm me and take my user and pass and check them by your self
5 days and my problem didnt solve !!!
