Check all pads are clean / have solder removed, I had a similar problem before I removed all solder from the pads.

For people asking about iphone 6s, 7 etc support, it will be because they use a different technology for the nand, its a H23Q1T8QK2MYS chip, so would be a different socket, or possibly hardware too at a guess.
