Need help urgent xolo A500s ips
 

Hello my xolo a500s ips mobile is not working.. When I turned it switch on only xolo logo is appearing so I decided to hard reset it I pressed power + volume up.. A menu appears .. I selected wipe data/factory reset.. Then it showing "Please turn off factory reset lock in xolo secure to wipe device" now how I can I turn it off? Because phone cannot be switch on please help me fast it's urgent
