Xolo 500 s hard reset
 

To hard reset Xolo A500S IPS model press the Power + Volume down + back button together, while the mobile is switched off. After that recovery menu will appear, in that select the option clear eMMC option.;)

press and hold vol up + power for 10,12 sec
now u see android logo
now press power button
u see recovery menu
press vol down for selecting wipe data, factory reset
press vol up for select
confirm yes -- delete all user data
press vol up button
now start wiping data and reboot device

Hello my xolo a500s ips I was trying to hard reset and wwhen I clicked on wipe data it appears "Please turn off factory reset lock in xolo secure to wipe device" now what to do? Please help

have xolo a500s when switch on the phone with sim card phone is on but when network is searching then the phone swich offf automatically.
pls help me
