xolo a500 qualcomm - GSM-Forum

I have one xolo A500 stuck on xolo screen.
It has qualcomm processor. I tried with "Xolo-A500-S013-2013-01-30-(by_xdafirmware.com)" software but it always says phone not found.
Drivers also installed. Mobile detects as android device on computer.
How to flash it?
Any body has any idea about this mobile flashing?

Hello,
There is particular tool for it- Android 4.0 Update Tool. Search, download and use that tool.

I used same tool only but it says phone not found .
But mobile is detected as android device in device manager,

Put phones in fastboot mode and try, phone should make adb port.

I tried putting phone in download mode by pressing vol + & insirting cable. Phone goes in download mode.Screen shows download mode.
But it is not detected by pc in fast boot mode.Is there any other way to put it in to fastboot mode?
