1st switch off phone
2nd insert battery
3rd press power button just vibrate phone
then press vol + Button

Now you can see on screen recovery mod

select wipe/data factory reset

That's it

if xolo secure activate then no solution to hard rest u need to flash the phone

only flash with userdata flash file any android based phone pattren lock is removed i done more than 10,000 handset this method its og and tesed by me
