A600 no changes after flashing - GSM-Forum

I recived a Xolo a600 from customer for the software the problem is coming that when i do software and it completes there are no changes in the phone. I also tried the option format all+download in SP FLASH TOOL but still no changes and when i tries to hard reset i manually it shows the error "wipe/factory reset is disabled by xolo secure. Please turn off Factory Reset Lock in xolo secure to wipe the device". Plz give me a good advice about this.

Try to clear eMMC in Factory Mode.

brother i tried that also it format complete but there were no changes. Is my emmc corrupted.
