xolo q500 dead after formated - GSM-Forum

sir please help me i do have the same problem
xolo q 500 i soft bricked using format while connect in the smart upgared tool
i tried to flash but its ask disk to be formatted i am unaware of it so i mistakenly formatted now the phone is not getting turn on
or in the recovery mode please help or tell me the procedure ..its only connect in usb cable in dead mode as nokia emergency mode
an Anyone Help me. My Xolo Q500 is softbricked or hard bricked . It is niether booting normally nor booting to recovery menu.
I have tried sp flash tools but the stock rom of my phone which i downloaded does not contain any scatter file,
probably because it is a Qualcomm based device. Please help me..................
it came for a pattern lock
now customer is torturing

XOLO_Q500_S008_29102013_version (1)

just copy an paste above into google and download file, it is 282Mb beware of duplicate 318Mb firmware. .

now download, , Smart_Phone_Upgrade_Tool_setup_V1.4.2

Connect your phone and open Smart Phone Upgrade Tool and load firmwaer file. . Now click on START. . Wait 27% to complete if it says Waiting for phone restart. . . just remove phone, close and reopen Smart Phone Upgrade Tool load firmwaer once again connect phone (this time windows ask to format Removel Disk F, click on cancle) and click START. . Phone will start download firmwaer wait for 100% to be completed
