Check the Com port in which the Handset is connected.
For checking, Right click on My Computer Icon on desktop, click on
Manage > System Tools > Device Manager > Ports > check the port in
which the Display is “Basecom HS-USB Diagnostics 9002”

Type #*2009# to change the mobile to Test Mode and Press OK.
•Phone is restarted.
