If you think K910L,

there are 2 methods :

Method-1: Power off the device, Press down “Volume Up” and “Volume
Down” Key together , then connect the USB cable between PC and the device
to download

Method-2: Power off the device, Press down “Volume Up” and “Power” key
together to get into factory mode as below, then connect USB cable between
PC and the device to download.

Downloader = Factory one, should be in ROM archive
(QcomDownloader v1.x)
