Does anyone have A936 NVRAM backup file ?

I have lost the Baseband & imei numbers in Lenovo A936 while upgrading the software i manage to write back IMEI Number but Serial Number is still 000000and it says NO Service.

First you need to check if baseband version is showing up under "About"
section of settings / about ...
If all is well, either NVRAM is bad, or firmware is not good (wrong model/submodel).

Anyway, you can return SN with attached software (and IMEI too).
SN is 18 characters long, btw.

instructions :
- Create necessary files (MP0B_001 - IMEI, MP09_001 - SN)
- Copy to SDCard or internal phone memory
- Root the phone
- Use "Root Browser" or similiar file browser
- Copy IMEI file to : data> nvram> md> NVRAM > NVD_IMEI folder
- Check where is other file located, copy/rewrite original also as first one.

I manage to write IMEI but my serial number is only 8 Digits how can i do that

Baseband version and IMEI number is ok

I lost EFS without backup my Lenovo a6010 16GB.
Please help give some backup like modemst or qcn for Lenovo A6010.
