imie chang but same porab lam no network

first try with another version S850_ROW_S216_150206 4.4.2
if same result ... here is NV file .....

my problem solved version S850_ROW_S211_140923 and write NV file

how to write nv ?

pls help me how to fix my problem, sn 00000 after i flash my phone....my serial number change to 000000 after i try to flash..maybe i make mistake during the time i flashing my phone,, i got nvram error also in finding wifi signal..pls help me thanks......
