Disassemble,
- check battery, if needed - charge on external power supply (to get at least 3.75v)
- check usb connector data in/out lines, check vcc and gnd lines.
- check usb connector itself, if needed, replace it

after those pre-requisites, try again to flash, even try while holding volume keys, to insert usb cable

if still no any usb device appearing in device manager ...

well, bad luck - main board is dead and need replacement.
