Reflash device with ROM from post #7.

Check after flashing, does wifi turns on ?
Check settings / about device, does WiFi mac address exists ?
if it looks irregular - ie: 02:00:00:00:00:00 , then wifi ic has malfunctioned.

As already written, it will work only with correct drivers.

Clean/remove existing Qualcomm drivers, and install
Correct drivers in ROM archive from post #7.

ROM must be placed under root of c:\ drive (ie: c:\tab410 )

Preferrably win7/32bit, should work on Win7/64bit,
may also work on clean Win10.

p.s. WiFi / no mac address may be sign that somebody played before you with that device.
It may or may NOT be easy repairable, IF software problem at all.

Successful flashing

Hello,

I just got everything worked with the fellow steps:
1. I had a pc with windows 7 32bit. If you can, please make a clean install of windows 7 and full updates.
2. I downloaded the file from Brka at post #7. At the beginning it was not flashing but I used the first version of QFIL v1-0-0-2 and it flashed without any problem e.g Sahara or any other.
3. After finishing and rebooting, the device is still locked with FRP. Then you will have to do the same procedure but this time using the file again from Brka at post #2.
4. After flashing and rebooting, everything is perfect.

Thanks a lot to Brka

frp should be gone.

post results .... if not working, there is more dangerous method, by flashing FRP reset package.

Download FRP Reset package : TB-X304F_S000038_170703_FRP_Remove_by_bRkA
Archive pass: forum.gsmhosting.com

Thank you! The FRP Reset package worked for me. But instead of using QFIL from the package, I installed the latest version from QPST and used the QFIL from "program files/QPST/bin" folder.
First install the drivers from the FRP reset package.
In QFIL: select "Flat Build", then browse the programmer and flat build paths in the FRP folder of the FRP reset package (you should select a total of 3 files: 1 for programmer, 2 for flat build).
Turn off the tablet, hold both volume buttons, connect it to PC. In QFIL you'll see the QUALCOMM PORT. Press download, wait 10 seconds and it's DONE.
