Okay ... Easy way...

Download: TB-7504X_S110001_180903_ELT_Format+Hard_Reset+FRP
Unpack content to some folder on root of drive ie: D:\1\

- Start SPFlashTools, select download agent from SPFT folder
- Load scatter from "ROM" folder in SPFT folder
- De-Select flashing of preloader
- Press download and wait for done.

It will flash only userdata and cache partition.

If you need to remove FRP also, there is sub-folder called "FRP",
open it and read what to do (easy, 30-seconds job).

p.s. It's not full flash, it's just hard-reset/basic files.
(but that's what you asked for)
