Same phone can have different hardware revisions,
thus different or specific ROM.

This firmware works i tried in most of the lenovo a319 no problem at all hope this may help you.

Phone sold to UAE (Arab Emirates), and is a ROW, Dual-SIM model.

Firmware from post #7 is totally suitable for your phone.

A319_ROW_DS_S318_150615 :

Backup nvram, and format the phone,
