It's not latest firmware, but anyway,
download - A1000_Dual_SIM_S30310_160819_ROW (Dual Sim, Android 5.x, ROW).

Latest firmwares are :

A1000_SS_S30571_161111_ROW (SingleSIM, Android 5.x, ROW)

and

A1000_Dual_SIM_S30666_161121_ROW (Dual Sim, Android 5.x, ROW)

It goes this way (for Lenovo A1000)
- Download SPRD Drivers and A1000 Flash Tools, unpack, install drivers (32 or 64bit),
- Also download Firmware you want to flash (look above, i posted latest firmware), unpack it
- Start UpgradeDownload (Flasher),
- Press a little cogwheel icon in upper-left corner of flasher, and select firmware with extension .pac
- Press "Play" (Start) button
- On powered off phone, hold Volume UP and while holding, insert usb cable
- It will start flashing, and at the end display "passed"
- Press "Stop" button, and close the flasher
- Start your phone and be patient, because first start could take some longer time.

I've had this new phone for some weeks and it is only locked to one certain network so I wanted to flash it and luckily there were too many tutorials online so I just followed them but I've been stuck trying to find a solution for hours so I decided to come ask here maybe someone can help me.

Problem - Failed: User Cancel
Phone - A1000*
Notice - When I plug the charger and the phone is off it goes to a charging screen automatically

Btw, I've tried like 10 other versions of this software. Some even had more problems but the ones that worked had this same problem.

Any help is appreciated, ty.

Now read thread from beginning. All needed files are here.

To connect phone in flash mode, start flashing process,
hold VOLUME UP key and insert usb cable into phone.

Spreadtrum drivers should be installed as first step, of course.

p.s. If you are using retarded Windows 10 or Windows 8/8.1, find some pc with normal Windows 7, and retry process.

Thanks for the awesome links. Sadly i have been unable to fix my dead one. Its completely dead after imei repair. Flashing with all the firmware and writing nvm has had no effects Flashing is successful but phone never boots. It is the dual sim model. Any ideas what to do?
