Exact X90Y files I couldn't find, but it should be possible (like another Chinese model),
to "convert" to ROW model.

Your model is WiFi-only (no LTE module), so correct ROM should be same as for X90F

Models comparision (ROW)
Quote:
Lenovo YT3X90F WLAN
Lenovo YT3X90L LTE
Lenovo YT3X90X LTE
Available ROM's:

Model "YT3-X90F Refresh" - with 4Gb RAM / 64Gb ROM

YT3-X90F_ENG_S200013_1609061604_WW17_BP_ROW

YT3-X90F_USR_S200013_1609061604_WW17_BP_ROW

You will need both files, if you have this (4/64) model,
needs to be flashed with ENG then USR file.

Flashing method :
- Put phone to DNX mode (volume up + volume down + power button)
- DNX mode should be displayed on screen
- Download, install and start PlatformFlashTool_5.5.1.0
- From PFT, from ENG ROM folder, load flash.json, configuration should be empty
- Press START, wait until finished, if tablet don't auto restart, reboot it by holding power button longer
- Power it off, hold Volume up + power on, until FASTBOOT displayed on screen
- In PFT flasher, from USR ROM folder, load flash_factory_1st_stage.json, under configuration should be (or select manually) - factory1st
- Press START and wait for finish, it should reboot and you are done.

test and post results
