The reason why I say that the phone doesn't turn off when I do the things about is because after it's on again, it has all the apps and tabs running. Also, I had a timer running and that timer was still counting even if the phone had the black screen. The only thing that I've done different before the smartphone started to crash is to apply a magnetic car support on its back. Now, even if it has that magnet on the back, even if it doesn't, the phone still has problems. I've also throwed the phone on my bed a few times, took the phone to the shower with me and steam got on it (no water). As a fix, I've tried to updated the phone firmware till the new Android 10 version QPO30.52-29), but that didn't fixed the problem. How can I solve this MOTOROLA G7 Power XT1955-4 black screen/crash/shut down display? I don't want to change the phone because it still works OK and I wanna keep it. Thank you! |
