normally connectivity problem
make sure power adapter is correctly inserted in clip

3. Clip is registered

After several tries get this

How to unlock U Play? I bought power adapter especially for this model.

Tried unlock via special unlock and get "security checking failed GT_CONNECT_FAIL"

Warning! At this moment Power Adapter may not S-OFF U11 and U Ultra. For U Ultra temporary S-OFF please use "Ultra S-OFF" tab in XTC 2 Tool
