I just bought XTC 2 CLIP, I registered, activated email, during upgrade it was stop and since then it giving me this following message "Error getting card information. Probably you need to update your card. Please update your card, if this option is not available - please contact support."

On XTC 2 Clip activation & upgrade tool v1.3 upgrade option is not available to use. Anyone with the idea of what to do to solve my problem?

i can only open my 'platform' normally if i try opening as admin i get to activation page and if i try activating i get this same error

Today something happend to my XTC2Clip. HTCs can read card (green letters on fastboot mode), but everytime I try do S-Off there is information- "check keycard failed". I have try restore file system but still same problem.

I have already try direct mode with some M8 board:

(bootloader) [JAVACARD_ERR] get Decrease Renew Cycle fail, SW= 6986
(bootloader) writesecureflag: Permission denied, value 8

Any idea?

Because "clip problems topic dissapeard right after I do post, I try to post here again:
My clip died while removing security from One M7.
Here is the log from direct mode with M8 model:

I have try repair filesystem, but nothing helps.
Any idea?

I have problem with M9u after flash with asia firmware from support it stuck on fastboot mode no bootloader no downloadmode no recovery and when enter one of this modes it give blue screen need help with that dead mobile

i just receive my clip when connect to pc it ask me to formate it,i try change the sd card reader, reconnect everything, restart the pc,,and i use 3 different pc,,,and the error still i cant formate my clip,when tried to flash the clip im getting an error occurrd when attempting to write data to handle error 23 data error (cyclic redundancy check)
