Fix what? There is no MEID in your phone. It seems to be GSM only.

And which network do you mean? Nowadays we have a lot of networks worlwide.

Please give more information...

the phone is not registered on the network GSM..
MEID not have to recover ?

MEID is for CDMA phone, ONE X is only GSM phone and will never got MEID in it.

Just S-OFF phone, change cid to 11111111 and write any files to phone from support after and check if problem still egsist.
