desire 600 not working


I have made s-off. Switch to modem mode. first imei repaired ok. second gives error :
Trying to repair IMEI 2...
Error: The phone has returned an error, command failed. Do you have smartcard inserted into the phone? You may need to S-OFF first also.

phone is already s-off and inserted sd-card xtc2clip
