please i cant connect to server with my xtc2 clip [solved]

please i need help from xtc2 clip users for over 3 weeks now i cant connect to xtc clip server i cant download no unlock all this sprint htc but i can do s-off and change cid fine xtc clip product manager just tell me to check my firewall but all is ok i change different system but the same error please i need help to start maing use of this tool

You should be able to open xtc2.net in your browser - Internet Explorer or Chrome. If you cannot - contact your system administrator for details please.
