Hi. Can not flash newer software to phone.

Moved successfully
from
1.07.603.12 VZW__003

to
1.13.605.1 VZW__001
have s-0ff and supercid

but can not move
from

1.13.605.1 VZW__001 Marshmallow

to
2.11.605.4 VZW__001 Nougat

Do I need 'partial' flash file or what?

if partial not available than try OTA updates over wifi

Sorry, I must have missed your thread.

I have uploaded both partial and hboot for 2.11.605.4, please use them and then full flash.
