He sent me a private message saying he knows someone who can unlock google pixel "but the price is too much 62usd , he can unlock it bye teamviwer".

Sounds fishy...

I wrote to guy who is "offering" unlock service on YouTube, and never got a response, i think is fake.

wouldn't it be possible to flash the vendor image through recovery mode and then use depixel8 to bypass frp? from what i understand you can flash an image even if the bootloader is locked, as long it has the vendor signature.

there is a guy - Root Junky (seems legit) - that says Phonlab has a tutorial for bypassing all security patches for google pixel.
The Phonlab site charges 39$ for 1 month of access.
You can search him on facebook to see his post about this.
