Htx21 freezes completely after jumping to diag mode on selecting sim unlock, htl22 says invalid model id, so far just htl21 and htl23 can be sim unlock successfully and with ease, pls work on htl22 and htx21,

About HTL22:
Download this: http://xtc2.net/downloads/PN07DIAG.nbh
Put on the clip replacing existing file.

About HTX21:
We have tested on several phones and could not reproduce this problem.
Does your phone power on successfully?
I'd also recommend you to flash it with latest firmware and then repeat the unlock procedure again.

i downloaded and tried this file same error model id invalid then i tried another htl22 problem, how did u managed to unlock this model?

No additional info about unlocking this htl22, htx21 and isw13ht?

No, because as I said - we have tested all these models, sorry. I do understand that you have a problem (checksum error and phone freeze on one of your phones and I do remember that I promised to make an auto unlock, we'll do it, hopefully till the end of this week).
