HTC 10 Pro - Smart IO failed !

Hello.. anyone can help me. Phone stuck on logo.. when try to s-off get this issue:

1. Checking phone connectivity......

Hello was able to sort out..
The problem is PHONE should be in download mode !

But even after S-OFF the phone is still on S-ON

Hello!

There is no S-OFF on these models, sorry. You can perform the necessary operations, but permanent S-OFF has been removed by HTC long time ago.
