How to repair HTC D828D unknown baseband?

It's normal, MTK devices should not get baseband version in download mode.

Yes already i flashed. But still in same conditon.

unknown baseband in fastboot log or also in settings shows unknown?

Yes in settings also unknown baseband and imei blank.

Hello,

Yes, try to do this in bootloader mode:

fastboot erase modem_st1
fastboot erase modem_st2

This will erase modem EFS and force phone to re-create it during first boot.
