Desire 300 decrypt storage removal - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have Desire 300 phone with decrypt storage.

Phone cant access HBoot menu because fastboot is on, tried connecting to computer with XTC clip to boot to bootloader but i think ADB is off so wont work.

Is there any other way to wipe/fix this handset?

Hello,

What do you mean by 'phone cant access hboot'?

Can you read phone info by XTC2 Tool ?

Cant get into boot menu of phone by holding volume down and power.

XTC cant read phone info either because ADB is off i think

I can only assume that your phone is pure MTK.
