I'm playing with some HTC I will post here (and you can too

) my experience - errors and solutions:

Error:

Solution:

You will need do S-OFF.

Solution:

Exclusions with dir and URL's to your Antivirus / Firewall:
- exclusions with exe is located in directory where XTC was installed (ex. C://Program Files/XTC2Clip/...)
- exclusions with URL's are:

Error:

Solution:

No internet connection or not stable (too low)

check bootloader if unlocked u need to relock it first
phone must be in RUU mode for flashing
