As far I know is s-off not possible for HTC u12 plus.

U don't need s-off, all u wanna do, u can do with poweradapter.

but i don't know how to do i need to change IMEI and super cid

It's been a long time since i did that with htc u11 you have to unlock the bootloader and install a custom recovery. Only then can you change cid imei and other things. If I'm wrong please correct me

No custom recovery a twrp recovery.

Where can I find the TWRP recovery file I don't have
