I can't use box on win 7 32 bit


When I click on read information from phone,it show create process.
What problem?

Did you copy only the exe? You must copy all files, not only exe.

Not exe only
I extract file then I open exe file in folder 1.0.3

As I don't see full path of the folder, I recommend you to move the folder to the root, e.g. C:\1.03\
