boot phone to ruu before flashing zip
firmware for flashing must be same version as in phone currently like (4.06.651.4)

Yes, i already try that ( new security ) but it didn't work!
I flash a partial ZIP ( update the HBOOT ) and now i was able to execute the RUU.exe ( latest version ).

I'm guessing that with have to downgrade or upgrade HBOOT version before flash a ZIP file.

I managed to restore to default state, used the Sprint universal unlock tab, did all the steps and unlock success!

I can't unlock this! Two phones in the same situation... jesus!

I was trying to restore the image from phone... i have managed that already!
Now I am trying to unlock the SIM card but without success.

Actual situation:
- Keeps trying to activate hands free ( annoying )... i have manage to bypass that without touching recovery image or root.
- After i insert the SIM card i switched to global provider when it ask
- No network signal
